Fist trip to Italy

Just a note to thank you for the wonderful time we had at your hotel last week. The room was clean and comfortable and the view from our terrace was magnificent. And your food was the best we enjoyed in Italy. But what made our trip really special was the warmth and friendliness we got from you, your brother and your father. It made our first trip to Italy something really special and you can be certain we'll be back for a longer stay on our next trip. Plus, I'm already telling all my friends about what a great hotel you have and I'm encouraging them to stay with you when they visit Italy. Again, thank you and your family for making our trip such a memorable experience.
